I might make some followers upset by saying this, but I’m going to! I love tobacco and cannabis. Both keep me grounded. I have learned to limit my use but still enjoy them. I limit myself to no more than 6 cigarettes a day! Cigarettes help clear my mind, help me stay focused and calm. I smoke cannabis about 3 times a week. Cannabis helps greatly with my anxiety. It also enhances my sexual pleasures with or without a partner. I have a medical card and consider cannabis to be my medicine! If Reiman (Spencer) wants to smoke either tobacco or cannabis, it’s his choice. There’s a lot worse things out there! If I ever get to me Reiman (Spencer) I hope to get to enjoy smoking both tobacco and cannabis with him! I believe moderation is the key!

So, I'm curious to know what comes of this conversation.

One moment that stuck out to me: about 10 minutes into this intervention, where Reiman's co-creatives are confronting him about his smoking habits, he pulls out something hand-rolled and starts to light up. Already a red flag.

Edu speaks as Reiman blows his first cloud of smoke: "It was cool... they [the team behind Light & Shadows] showed interest in the project, which I personally was missing because I was not seeing it on practical things, like let's film this or that. Maybe in another way, they were trying to make this happen somehow, or worried it will stop?" Edu is speaking carefully and in a foreign language, so to restate his words: The team you've hired has a lot of passion for this project, but they're missing a leader. I am losing enthusiasm for this work because you are taking breaks to go get high, instead of driving the direction of our content. This team is working hard to keep this project alive, but they're worried it doesn't have a future.

Reiman's response? "Yeah, yeah they care. That's huge, I want everyone to care... That's great, great stuff so far."

If there was a single moment from this clip that proved the necessity of this intervention, that was it.
